There is already an email account in my outlook express. Now, I want to create a new account in outlook i.e. yahoo.com's email. That menas, is it possible that in an outlook express create two different email accounts for receiving and sending mails. Please tell me the whole process step-by-step.

Oh yes, you can create any number of different email accounts in Outlook Express.
To create a yahoo account though, download the POP3 tool available from: http://ypopsemail.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownload&cid=1 , set it up and run it.

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.

You have to sign up online for POP3 email, most ISP's are POP3, u can also use yahoo gmail or hotmail.
