Just try not to make it worse, and have a laugh if you can. That usually helps.

First being stressed is Not going to change the fact you overslept but will make you feel even more miserable and if this is how you react to stuff happening in time you'll have high blood pressure. You should also get a old fashioned alarm clock that runs on batteries-yes they still exist and can be bought Eckerds CVS etc-at least they are reliable if you set the alarm. then explain to the teacher if you an make-up and then one task at a time do what must be done. To Not get so stressed mean one has to mature and you can also take a B-Complex Vitamin Pill for help with stress. The only way to stop procrastinating is to make a list of what you need to do,Make up your mind to do and do it.Forgive yourself-get some sleep and tomorrow is new day to begin again.

There's nothing you can do about sleeping in...I would focus on getting the most important things done first. Start with your homework and then shower if you have time...I cry all the time because of school and stress...it's natural and okay. Just take a deep breath and try to do the best you can with what time you have.

YES it is stress!! Take a deep breath count to ten, why dont you go take a shower, and then get to your hw assignemtns, Crying isnt going to do anything. The sooner you finish your hw you can go to bed. You should make a schedule for yourself everyday so you can have enough time to do hw, other things, and at least get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Its all about time management.

Ok, remove everything from your mind and just concentrate solely on taking nice deep breaths. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Do this for a few minutes, then after that write down everything you need to get done, but remember to do it calmly, and if you need to stop and just concentrate on breathing again, do it. Once you have everything on paper you need to do, prioritize them. Then work on them in order of importance, you are under panic level stress right now, and if you don't focus on calming yourself first, you'll just continue to cry. Just breathe...think about what need to be done...and do it.

Yes it is but its all self inflicted. You in essence have sabotaged your ability to get your work done by blaming other things. Face it you really don't want to do the work because its alot more fun to have a crisis. Incidently not one shred of homework gets done while your on here venting. Get Er Done :)
