Studies have shown that people with "black sounding" names are hired less than people with white sounding names. The name is too long and since people usually just make nicknames for people with really long names everyone will just call him DJ. The RaShawn has to go, period, it is totally unnecessary. Jermaine is ok why not:

Derek Jermaine
Donald Jermaine
Douglas Jermaine
Dwayne Jermaine (maybe a little odd because it rhymes)

A little long. How about D'Andre Jermaine McDoogly or D'Andre RaShawn McDoogly

It's up to you, really. If you think it sounds good and that's what you want to name the baby, then go for it. Sometimes when the baby first comes into the world, he may not look like the name you had originally picked. I would choose a back up name just in case.

It's tough having two middle names, because there is never enough space for them on forms. Also, when you have more than one capital letter in a name, it always gets mispelled. But I assume you're joking.

Might sound cute to you but in the world of business and politics you don't want your kids to have a name no one can pronounce as it will make it much more difficult for him/her to succeed.
