Dear Sir,
I am 32 years old. I recently got married and facing the penis erection problem. Why it is happning I am not understanding. When ever I am with my wife I am unable to get erection, but when I am alone I get good erection generally after waking up from the sleep.I am 32 years old. How to get rid of this problem, I am really worried about it.Every day I use to mastrubate 2-3 times if my wife is not with me.
I am taking suhagra tablets to get erection, but the habit is not good. Every time I could not take the table, it will affect my health in future. But after taking I can do sex for 5-6 times without any problem. But this will not be a good practice. This will really spoil our sexual relationship.
I would like to ask one question, how many times we should have sex generally in one day.My wife is always demanding and I could not satisfy her every time.Pl. guide me what to do.I am not getting the erection as I was getting 5 years back.Pl. help me.

my sugestion would b t have a complete male physical with a urologist. the are many factors that can inhibit the development of a strong, sustaining erection:
performance anxiety
stress
hypertension
diabetes
low testosterone levels
unresolved emotional conflicts
having been where you are, seek professional help. there is a solution to this interference.
if your wife is demanding sex more frequently than you care for, try using your tongue and fingers to pleasure her. it doesn't always have to the penis that performs for a guy.

A useful and simple way to distinguish between physiological and psychological impotence is to determine whether the patient ever has an erection. If never, the problem is likely to be physiological; if sometimes (however rarely), it is more likely to be psychological. The current diagnostic and statistical manual of mental diseases (DSM-IV) has included a listing for impotence.
A wide variety of options exist for treating erectile dysfunction. They include everything from medications and simple mechanical devices to surgery and psychological counseling. The cause and severity of your condition are important factors in determining the best treatment or combination of treatments for you. You and your doctor may also want to consider how much money you're willing to spend and the personal preferences of you and your partner. If erectile dysfunction is the result of a medical condition, the cost of treatment may be covered by insurance.
Uncontroversial treatments
PDE5 Inhibitors
The prescription PDE5 inhibitors sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra) and tadalafil (Cialis) are prescription drugs which are taken orally. They work by blocking the action of PDE5, which causes cGMP to degrade. cGMP causes the smooth muscle of the arteries in the penis to relax, allowing the corpus cavernosum to fill with blood.
Any way go to your doctor and ask about ED treatment

I applaude your honesty 2?'s are you sexually attracted to your wife and are you anxious about having recently gotten married. It may be physical or emotional. See a urologist. People vary in their sexual practices some people may like sex daily, some more often, some 1-2xs per week some even less. Personally I think if you have sex one day and then not the next but the one after that's good.

Two words: sex therapy. It's not as bad as it sounds. I know men who have been through it and would not take back going for a second. It sounds as though you have a mental block about getting an erection with your wife, considering you can get one when you are not with her. Part of your problem may, in fact, be your anticipation of the loss of your erection. Medication, as you rightly said, is not the best way to go.
You need to get back to focusing on the joys of giving and receiving sexual pleasure.

Erections are Psychological. Imagine a part of your wife's body that you love Or any other woman's body, then simulate or imagine making love to that woman with what you love. Tabs will cause more problems go natural. You can also watch abit of **** to turn you on!!! ( esp. when togather with your wife, However this should not be addictive to you.)

Hayley it is time your boyfriend joined the elite club of the Roundheads! Explain the problem to his doctor and he will gladly refer you to your local hospital for a circumcision. As a fellow round head I can admit a circumcised penis is probably the most beautiful sight you will ever see. It also makes it look twice as big and if you draw two little eyes adjacent to the japs eye it looks like a friendly baby mole.
