Nobody on earth knows. The bible states that Adam and Eve had children, and they had sons and daughters, though not all of them were named in the bible, so we don't know.

There wasn't a problem with inheriting medically bad genes back then, so God didn't put the law into effect about brothers and sisters not marrying each other (or aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, etc.). They had to, because there wasn't anyone else at that time. Everyone was related fairly closely to everyone else.

We're still all related, but today the relationships are mostly so far apart, that it's only people closer than a certain degree of cousin-ship who can't marry each other.
