I use bottled water for our 10-gallon aquarium, so I know I need to add liquid calcium to the water. I read a few different places that I should add 3-4 drops every day. I'm wondering if anyone else has any suggestions.
Also, I'll be having six snails in the tank (and I've already been told that might be too many; I'll have to monitor that) and I'm wondering how much to feed them. I know WHAT to feed them, I just don't know HOW MUCH.
Thanks! :)

Why did you boil the water. Boiling concentrates many bad additives and also takes out the oxygen in the water. Boiling the water for an aquarium is very bad.
Mystery snails lay their eggs above the water line where you can easily remove them. They won't take over the tank.
3-4 drops sounds good to me.
Feed them a lot, snails need a lot of food to survive. I hope you don't have fish that compete with them for food because snails will lose out almost every time and sooner or later you will find them floating.

You say you know what to feed them yet they don't have adequate calcium? Why not include the calcium in their food? Try feeding them some collard greens or turnip greens every few days. Just weigh down on leaf over night. Those are very calcium rich foods for snails. Kale and mustard greens also works but have far less calcium than the other two. The grocery store will probably give you a wilted leaf or twofrom the bottom of the bin every few days for nothing if you tell them it's for your aquarium.

3-4 drops of liquid calcium is good enough for a 10 gallon tank.1 or 2 drops per five gallons are usually whats instructed,so 3-4 drops is the right amount for yours.
Do you feed them anything else?
If you ever feed them algae wafers, keep in mind that they are very messy and dirty up the water, filtered or not,so only add 2 to 3 of those wafers per week in your tank.
Theyre favorite seems to be those white weekend feeders, mines make love to it the minute i put them in!lol. You only need like 2 a week for those. They last a while.
And no,six snails is fine for a 10 gallon tank! I have two in a one-gallon one with a betta and i had them for a while and there hasnt been anything wrong so far.

Spinach is good for Calcium as well. They recommend feeding to Iguanas because they need extra calcium in their diet.
