I think you mean as a Cartesian equation in terms of x and y intead of a polar equation in terms of r and θ.

If you allow for the possibility of a negative r, this is the equation of a line thru the orgin with slope tanθ = tan(π/3) = √3

The equation is y = x√3

0= pi/3 squared

if that sign is theta, then you need you use tan(theta)=y/x.....so then y/x=tan(pi/3).....y/x=square root of 3.....y=square root of 3 times x.....then final answer is y - 3^(1/2)x=0....

note that 3^(1/2) is equal to square root of 3.......

y = x tan Θ

y = x * sqrt(3)
