Hilo, Hawaii.
It's warm and sunny all day, everyday (85 degrees), but it rains nearly every other night to keep everything lush and green and beautiful.

I say southern California. Because its never hot, it's never cold. It's never rainy or dry. Its perfect. Usually near the coast.

it depends. bay area is pretty nice year around. LA is nice too but a little hot in summer.
