velocity = frequency * wavelength
velocity * time = distance

You should be able to take it from there.

v = wavelength * frequency = 7.56E14 m/sec

x = 7.56E14 m/sec * 15E-6 sec = 1.13E10 m

That's one fast dude! A million times faster than the speed of light. I must be doing something wrong.
