I love Irish traditional music, so would hate to choose just one. However, this week I have been trying to learn the words and properly sing "The Salley Gardens" - it's a beautiful sad song and reel, based on WB Yeats' poem.
You can listen to a slightly cheesy version and read the lyrics at the link below, and also hear a much nicer clip of the song in Irish Gaelic at the second clip.
