Computer Chips Help Rewire Muscle Controls
by Jon Hamilton

Scientists are now using computer chips to help repair the human nervous system. A stroke or a spinal-cord injury can cause nerve damage that results in the loss of muscle control. Computer chips can help create new connections in the brain, effectively rewiring the connection between the brain and muscles.

People consider my husband half human and half robot for he has a computer chip in the back of his neck: because of a spinal-cord injury. This allows him to walk; however he doesn't feel the ground he walks on. Yes the half human and half robot will bring effects to human. The effect it has brought to my husband has been life altering.

well, you can call them as a cyborg a human that have "robotized" actually cyborg could be helpfull to us, the military government could install weaponeries on them and help us fight. The cyborg could also help us in everyday needs, like nursing, cleaning, and such..........
well, actually cyborg could rebel, and if that happens, the human race could be destroyed, and that's bad. That won't happen if the scientist could develop some brain control chip that could be installed to them so they won't rebel again us.
But cyborg to is part human...... so it would be hard to be 100 % knows that they won't rebel, because they also have human brains.... and human brains could think by themselves
But if the cyborg is installed with an AI that's another problem... because sometimes AI could be even smarter than the who created it.........
So the answer to your question will be complicated, because there are many effects that could happen to human both positive and negative.....
