some woman put soo much on there breasts when you only need a hand full, but if you dont have ANY boobs ya it can make them feel more like a woman because women are supose to have breasts and if you dont have any your missing one of the womany features. TV, movies, models, and all that other sh*t make woman think they need to have big breasts to be beautifull when you dont, so ya some woman think big/fake boobs are sensual because the fact that they are bigger and perky, when there really not. but its all on the person i think you do what you want, its just what ever makes you happy.

yes you still have proper feeling.....its just silicon shoved behind the breast wall...and they are confidence boosters...i have them and after breastfeeding 2 kids i had buggerall left.....it has really lifted my self esteem.....but i dont agree with people who already have enough breast on getting them done just to show off and look like bloomin pamela anderson......
