Well, when I have something to say, I quite my mind.
Deep breath ... Breath in ... Breath out ...
Close my eyes and look to the center of my brain to my third eye.
Then I give 3 "Ums" to feel the vibration.
As I approach the person I have something to say, I make sure my breath doesn't stink, or that I smell OK ... Sometimes I look them directly in the eye ... other times not ... but you might get board if I describe this process to you.
In short ... I love beating the bush.

It depends. There's a time and place for everything. Sometimes you need discretion and tact.
