Scabies are HIGHLY transferrable (translate contagious) and must be treated aggressively. See a doctor. You need to boil (disinfect) sheets, boil towels and washcloths, disinfect bedding and use disinfection treatment on all the clothing you have worn. Water needs to be above 120 degrees to kill them. Above all you do not want to let anyone else come in direct physical contact with you or anything you wear, sleep on, touch because they can get it too. If you don't treat all the things you come in contact with you can reinfect yourself. They are lice under your skin and you need to be treated with a doctor-prescribed cream that you should use all over your body because they migrate. And, you should not attend school, go to work or have public contact until after you have received treatment. Sulphur soap can help the itching but trust me you do not want to play "let's see if this works" with scabies. They are horrible. Don't muck around, get treatment quickly.

Please do not try any of this. My husband almost died of a sepsis caused by scabies and was safed with massive doses of antibiotics. Scabies has to be treated in an early stage and by a doctor, anything else is dangerous.

Well, it will go away on it's own eventually, but you really need to go to a doctor--depending on where the scabies are, there can be permanent damage, particularly you are breaking out on or near your face.
