We don't know, but we assume it's near to Romeo and Juliet's. We know that Juliet is just 13 and Romeo's age is not specified but we understand he's young, like a teenager. Makes it hard to imagine the long speeches coming out of their mouths without any "like" or "you know", doesn't it?

I don't think it was given. In Act 1 Scene 3, Capulet (Juliet's father) repeatedly addresses him as "boy" and asserts authority over him; he is probably in his teens.
