i saw something like that on babycenter.com they hook to the side of your bra and to the top of your pants. I can't remember what they are called but they are in the maternity section of babycenter's online store.

I got this thing called a Bella Band from the Pea in a Pod store. It was like $30. It is a soft stretch flesh colored band that you can fold over the top of your pants to help hold them on. It's good for when you are a little to big for regular pants but too small for maternity pants. I also used it after my son was born. In fact I still use it to make myself look slimmer and since I had a C-section it covered the scar so my pants wouldn't rub against it. Also during my pregnancy I lived in "dance pants." They looked like regular black pants but were really soft and stretchy and it looked fine for them to sit low on the belly so I didn't have to worry about my pants falling down and it was so comfortable. Since they are still stretchy I can wear them even now that I'm not pregnant. Good luck with the baby!!

I assume you are asking if there is a patent, not a patient, on suspenders for maternity pants? I would just use the adjustable suspenders worn by men. Don't think you can patent suspenders as they've been in use for over 100 years.

I assume you mean a patent, but why would you care of there was a patent on maternity suspenders. Just get regular ones if thats what she wants.
