I would say the simplest of solutions would be to head to a home improvement store nearest you and pick up a new shower head. Once you see the selections, choose which is best for you. In this case buy one that says right on the box "10x pressure...etc". I had the same problem last week, and this solved it for a whopping $29.

Many shower heads have a flow limiter built in. Usually, you can unscrew the shower head from the pipe and remove the flow limiter. Sometimes you may have to take the shower head apart, if it comes apart.

Some houses have a pressure regulator. This would be located where the water comes into the house. You can adjust it for higher pressure, but that would affect the whole house. You'll need a pressure gauge. You can find these at home improvement stores for about $10.

Your showerhead is probably a water saver rated at 2.2 or 2.5 gallons per minute. You can buy a full flow rated at 5.0 gpm however remember your hot water usually won't last as long if you take 15-20 minute showers.

Try soaking the shower head in CLR for a while. It dissolves lime deposits. Use rubber gloves when doing this, so you don't get any on your skin.
