I believe it is fairly common for women to dream of pregnancy, but how about for guys. And if you do, do you dream you are a guy who some how became pregnant or have you become a girl who is pregnant?

i had a male friend who used to have this dream for a period of time, he used to call it a nightmare of course. it turned out later that his twin sister was pregnant but she did not tell anyone about it yet. it was weird!

Well fortunately it's not dreams but sexual activity that determines if you are pregnant or not. My girlfriend regularly dreams she pregnant but she's never been over the course of the three years that she's been having those dreams. Did you have unsafe sex? Or did you/he touch your private parts after maybe having sperm or pre-*** on the fingers? That's what's important. Generally I advise women to just take a pregnancy test with the slightest suspicion of pregnancy. It does not interfere with your body in any way so you can do as many as you want during your lifetime. Read the instructions carefully and then you'll have an accurate result wether you're pregnant or not. The tests only cost a couple of dollars and if that can buy you peace of mind then why not do it? Good luck!

A nightmare indeed.. I don't even understand why women dream of it.. but a guy dreaming about it would be dead strange..
not that having kids is a bad thing.. but I don't exactly like the pregnancy phase..

I did once, when my wife was pregnant.
I was a pregnant guy as part of an experiment for male pregnancy, but it bothered me I was gawked at like a member of a freak show.
