I'm going to vancouver next fall/winter so i'm pretty sure the weather is ranging from 48 degrees F (9.0 C) to Freezing.

Most stores right now are trying to get rid of their winter stock so you will probably find a lot of cute stuff on sale or clearance. I would look at Macys (they always have something there), JC Penny and American Eagle has some good stuff.
All of these stores have a website so just Google the names. Have fun on your trip! :)

In Los Angeles,belive it or not ,we have the best boutique style place,called D.N.A. There is a store in Venice on Rose Ave. and they have a new location in Hollywood.Really cute, unique things,One of my favorites is the long sleeve "mittens".Knitted gloves in amazing colors that go half way up the arm like evening gloves,so darling.Graet jewelry and accesoried too,enjoy.
