I want to make my lips look swollen without using collagen or surgery.

I got this stuff called Lip Venom from Sephora...it really makes them swell, but kind of burns. It tastes kind of cinnamon-y...it's made by DuWop.
If you're going to use it, make sure you don't have chapped lips. It seriously works though.

There are amazing lip plumping serums at local drugstores like CVS and Walgreens for a reasonable price that produce a slight swelling effect in the lips, without the ahssle or cost of surgery.. The only downside to these serums is that they can burn or leave a lingering tingling feeling in your lips for up to 4 hours.. But hey, nobody said beauty was painless...

Use a lip plumping lipstick. or lipliner slightly darker than your lipstick.
Funny story:
I bought this beautiful colour of brown lipstick. put it on. felt great. went out as the night wore on my lips felt sore - went to the loo and looked in the mirror - my lips were swollen - turns out i was allergic to the lipstick!!!
Won't recommend that one at all!

id use the first one and it works but the second one makes it even better. if you dont wanna pay that much try www.ebay.com and search for it the first one i bought i got it on ebay for 1/2 the price because i know it isnt cheap.
but what ever you do DONT buy any of the stuff at walgreens, i use to work there and ive tryed it all its a ripp off, and most of them give you a slight tingling feeling, but its not bad it just feels like your lips are WAY huger then what they are, dosent bother me at all.

Burn them with a lighter or candle wax - this will definitely make them swollen. May be a bit painful though!!
