Just a question about guys. I was trying to put a little spice in our marriage and I called my husband on the phone and told him to come home because I had a surprise for him. I then met him at the door with a skimpy little nightgown on and said "Surprise!" The kids were asleep and I had the whole thing planned out just for him. He said, "you had me come home for this?" And told me to get a life because I said that I had been waiting all day for him to come home. I told him that he was a jerk and most guys would love it if their wives would do something like that for them. Am I right or not? He thinks I'm crazy. Just wondering. Thanks!

At the time You called Him home, what was He doing? Was He at work, or was He out with 'he boys'? How is life treating Him? Is there any undue stress in His life? Are the bills paid on time? Is the fridge stocked with food? Are the children well cared for? And what haven't You told Us about Your relationship? I am a bloke and I can see the point You are trying to make. But I can also see His point of view, and I ask myself: "Why the need for spice in Your marriage if everything is going all right?" How long have You been married and where did You get the idea for the 'skimpy' nightgown; surely not from one of those "women's magazines" that tell You how to live Your life? I'll tell You what I would do: sit down and talk to Your husband because I get the feeling that He really needs a friend right now, and that is the best part of a wife's job description.

I think your husband treated u with no thoughtfulness. I'd be extremely hurt to get such a reaction. Is he always like this? Or maybe he is just having a bad day? U know him better. Even if he does not particularly fancy u doing all that, the most a mature, loving husband could do would be to appreciate the effort that went into pleasing him. Sorry to say, he was extremely thoughtless.

well listen to me if you ask me that question he is a jerk, you need
study him a little bit more to know what he likes or don't like.
because some guys take their besnesse very seriously ,so if he's
not a flirting guy please don't flirt with him and destroyed your relationships for that. if that was me i'll quit my job just to come
and get down with you baby, so because i am the way i am that
doesn't mean he's stupid. it means we r all guys but we r think
differently about things or ours wemen. so don't take that too personnel just get to know him more, because believe me you will find something that's he's adored from you if you find out what he likes the most. we 're all are humans being some weman will died if a man did that some will not. that's just a humans life. do you know how many man who will love for their wifes to surprise them like that or who could be so romantic with them like you do sweeties alots of them will love to have someone sweet like but they 're just not as luck as your husband. don't listen to what other people said about him just do what you think is best study him.

Can you talk to wife and give her some of these ideas? Of course he is crazy, if it was me I would have been over the moon . I can't talk for your husband he could have been having a bad day at work or something and was probably not in the mood.

My guy loved it when I did it, but you must of interrupted him somehow, or he had a bad day, or he is a jerk that can only think about himself at the time! He is crazy!! and inconsiderate and it will be a cold day in **** before I would even give him a massage! Greet him at the door in curlers next time etc. HA HA

for now you have all the right to be mad....do the same thing, be in charge of your emotions and his also. But this time give him a time deadline, tell him if he doesn't go home at that specific time you will be having bedroom session with him or not. Nothing like a guy fueled to get what he wants...

I have a feeling next time you feel like planning a little romance you're going to think twice about it and that will be his loss. Maybe he was having a lousy day or into some important project, but his attitude to you was mean and insensitive and its totally understandable that your feelings are hurt.

O my God, I'd love for my girlfriend or wife to do that for me. Sorry the fire isnt as strong in your relationship, he's a retard from a younger mans point of view. You can always look to the next door neighbor of UPS guy if you wanted.

You most deffinatly are NOT crazy, I'd love it if my wife wanted to do that for me. She has in the past and I've really enjoyed it. And I love those surprises.
Your right he is a jerk. Because of his selfish attitude it ruined your mood. It's really sad, most of us guys expect our wives or girlfriends to have sex when we want it, but it's really sad when guys act like that when their wife/gf, wants a special night with their guy.
I'm sorry that he was so rude to you.
