Suspenders to hold up maternity pants wouldn't be any different than regular suspenders, would they? Try Googling "patent maternity pants"

You mean a 'patent' on 'suspenders' for maternity pants? LOL. I don't know about that, but she could try regular old suspenders or maybe a belt. I had that same problem, but grew out of it. Soon, she will too!

What type of pants is she wearing? I have maternity jeans from motherhood maternity that have the full stretchy panel all the way around which stays put. They also have a drawstring inside to tighten them..

That's funny! My Mom told me a story once of a pregnant woman who worked in her office. She couldn't keep her panty hose up and one day she actually stood up, said a inappropriate word and stepped out of them. The suspenders might be a good idea but unfortunately they have already been invented.

I've never heard of them - might want to try googling for them.
