Do you have witnesses ? Go talk to your counselor that is their job.
If she hits you in front of others you can and should defend yourself. but be careful she may be setting you up.

Report her for the assault, which is hitting you and giving you a black eye. Tell the counselor that she is harassing you and has becoming more violent. Ask for her to be changed from all your classes. Do not let this keep happening, put a stop to it. Sounds like she is not only a bully, but a nit-wit.

Well, maybe you did something to her and you do not even noticed it.
On the other hand maybe she likes you but has a very bad way to show it.
Or maybe she does simply do not like you.
To stop all this is good if you talk to her but probably not alone and in a public place just for safety.
You need to know why she does that and the only way is by asking.
