i just got a razr v3 phone last weekend. it's been working fabulous. but tonight i was turning it off and then the screen just went white.

charge the battery

Remove the battery . Reinstall the battery . If it keeps on giveing you problems , the hindge {the part that holds the bottom to the top } , is bad . That is if you didnt get it wet . Have them replace your phone .

Try recharging it if that doesn't work take out the battery and put back on.

this always happens to me
open the phone
take out the battery
wait for a couple of minutes
then put it back in
and switch on your phone
then itll be fine

You either have to recharge the battery or get a new one
