theres this girl at school!!!?

well my cousin is 10 5th grade and i played at her school before...and theres this 4th grader...the 4th grader's name is Monica...and when my cousin Monique is busy talkin monica goes to her and pushes her and calls her the "B" and "F" word.....
those 2 really hate each other....wat shuld my cousin do? the grl also hates her friends....monica is really mean and thinks shes all that and popular...u know wat i mean....she goes to marina vista elementary....i need you help please!!

Your cousin is going to have to stand up for herself, tell her to go and tell her teacher, or the principal, or the counselor.
