I would only want 3 breasts if I had triplets and wanted to nurse all three at once.
Otherwise, it would be a pain!
You'd have to get custom-made bras!

I've seen pictures of 4 and one wasn't bad looking. I worked with a gal who has 4 and she showed them to me (2 big 2 small).

I don't even want the pair i have ,why would i want one more .
they to big , bra's to expensive ,and my husband happens not to be a boob man .
i Cary everyday two hands full ,and a mouth full ,and i still have some to spare .
and I'm just 5" 105 lbs wet .
