probably about 8 years ago or something around there. I dont know who sang it but it was a band. and in their music video there was liek a glass box or a box with bars and he was in it in a monkey suit? i dont know, really random i know.

James did a video in the mid-90's for a song called "Say Something" where the lead singer was in a monkey suit in a jail cell. i don't know if that's the one you're talking about, but it's the only one i can think of... i really like that song! : )
