I read this in a cover letter while reviewing job applications at work. The writer said she dislikes it, and is a hard worker, etc.
Although this is apparently a recognized word in the dictionary, I think anyone who uses the noun form of an adjective like this in a job application sounds like an idiot. I DQ'd the applicant. Still, that's my word of the day.
