In the franchise mode I have everything organized. At the end of the season I have like $30M in assets but for some reason I always end up with nothing by the time it comes to signing my draft picks. Someone please tell me what I can do with my assests to make it last thru the whole offseason

30 Million sounds about right, but you probably signed too many high paid contracts during the offseason with your superstar players. Your first two rounds of rookies most likely ask for a high price as well and based on my experience, most people like signing the top rookies to a 7 year deal. If that's the case, sign them to 3-4 years instead. Try trading backup players with high ratings because you are most likely not going to use them anyway. Trade them for worse players for the positions you need to fill up the positions instead of signing more expensive players. Remember: a lot of your roster is not used often and spending a lot of payroll on them is not a wise choice. Spend more money on your stars and don't worry about having a below average bench. You should free up enough money this way.
