Is there a Kansas state law on temp. extremes of below freezing to cancel classes for grade & high school?

I don't know about the US, but here in Canada most schools and work places (outside work places more than inside obviously) do not require you to attend at or below -35C (you do the conversion for F) think it is around -20F or there abouts.
