Does it say anything about scavenging already-dead animals?

Poor people do that, don't they?

Elves use magic and sing what they need (food ). There bows are gifts from nature and the sing them. yet the look like horn but they are stronger than horn. Arya left her home more than 10 years ago. She would have bought or traded for cloths over a period of time. Elves do not hurt animals( hunt for leather, fur , food) but they will kill an injured animal.
