Ok, I am wondering if it's normal, to feel pain in your lower abdomen after sex? Its been a whole day, and I'm still experiencing some crampy feelings.. it wasnt rough, and I don't normally have this kind of pain.. and my period is not due either.. so is this normal? if not, what could it be?

Could be just to much exercise let's say or it could be that you have an infection starting. Yeast, Urinary tract type infection. If it is still present tomorrow call your doctor and see what they think. Urinary infections can cause abdominal pain.

His penis likely hit the upper vaginal wall or cervix too hard. I would recommend more lubrication and a position that reduces this impact ---for example, missionary with legs in the air should probably be avoided for now. If the pain is too bad, you could have ruptured an apsect of the wall. You describe the pain as "crampy", so I would assume my first suggestion, but would also consider other symptoms that might be concomitantly present with crampy pain, such as PMS or bacterial infection or PID--likely, not any of these given that the pain coincides with sex and you do not mention any other symptoms.

I feel this sometimes too. Either when we do it too rough, or it could be caused by the position you were in. It is normal. If it lasts longer than a few days, and it really bothers you I would see a doctor, just incase :)

Usually it has to do with the angle of penetration... and he might've accidently thrusted too hard into a shallow area in your vagina due to the angle... and so yeah it sometimes hurts. Something to help with this is to put pillows under your hips/butt area and have sex that way... it makes the angle less painful.

my vote is, it's normal. if it's extreme or really frequent, i'd follow the advice of the girls and check with your doc. but today, pop an advil and try to focus on the good stuff from yesterday, not the pain from today. :)

yes, this is very normal... during intercourse it's hard to notice if he is penetrating to deep... u usually know the pain after wards... just let the pain ease before having intercourse again...

I get that sometimes. It's normal. Just make sure your guy doesn't penetrate too deeply because that can make it worse.

It was probably too big (long) for you. Wait a few days and see how you feel.
