Castro had thousands of people executed and stole their lands and money. He was going to give it to the people, because everyone was equal, but somehow it didn't make it to the people, because he and his friends were more equal than others and so they deserved more. Since then he fostered many state services using Soviet money, but these were only for the privileged and the average Cuban doesn't get to use these facilities. I showed a Cuban friend a picture of a Kroger's grocery store and they asked if it was only for diplomats and she was a doctor making 25 dollars per month. He made the people totally afraid of him, but the ones I met Hated him and can only wait for his death. If you get taught what a wonderful guy he is in school, Talk to someone who has been there. His nickname is Hurricane Castro!, because of the devastation he left behind

Once a tourist does the resident can be imprisoned! There's schooling that's great you can be anything you want to be as long as your willing to die for Fidel it's crazy! Cuba is a beautiful place! Absolutely gorgeous and the people there are quite wonderful! But, the country is being held back by his government! Castro was buying missiles from Russia and aiming them at the United States. This incident was also known as the Cuban Missile Crisis, which might have been a contributing factor to the Cold War under Reagan. This is why you still can't find find any "legal" cuban cigars within the U.S. I believe it's also forbidden to go on vacation to Cuba. Most people go to Cuba from Mexico, that's also where they get Cuban cigars- in Mexico.
