1. Government: Town/Tribe Meeting is made up of all adults. Representatives go to county board of supervisors, which sends representatives to state legislature, which sends representatives to national congress, which sends representatives to the world congress. Thus, an individual citizen only votes for local people they know.

Tribes, being mobile, would send representatives to tribal counsels until they hit the level of the territory to which they voluntarily confine themselves (state or nation, or even international tribes might exist). They would then send a representative to the legislature of that entity. They must conform to the policies of the counties in which they camp. The tribal campgrounds would be available to anyone (like state parks) when they are not in residence, and probably would have individual policies regarding times when the tribe is in residence.

2. Economy: free market. As completely free as possible.

3. Population: Everyone who is interested. All membership in towns or tribes (tribes being effectively mobile towns) is completely voluntary, on the part of both the newcomer and the established members. In other words, they will vote on whether or not to admit you, or vote a policy under which you are admitted. Typically, I would expect most towns (and maybe tribes too) would have a policy of accepted until proved unacceptable.

4. Agriculture: very advanced, all organic in many places. Probably some pretty advanced plant technology and animal husbandry in places, possibly even cloning of meat animals.

5. Living arrangements: whatever people want. If one neighbor interferes with another, they take it to court if necessary, but they don't write big bureaucratic rules as if the individual cases could be decided fairly by one arbitrary rule.

6. Education: again, whatever people want. Probably most towns and tribes would have a school, but maybe some would be all home-schooled. Because the individual town or tribe has so much autonomy, the schools would be very different, one from another.
