im shure its not a stray either. Just so u know i live in colorado so most likely the fox is traveling in search for food

Foxes actually aren't too bad at fitting into town life. It's a whole lot easier to raid garbage cans than to chase down rabbits and stuff... especially if there's a bunch of new construction coming into your area.

A fox can easily adapt to life in the suburbs.

I live in Texas and have seen a fox or two (as well as many other wild critters) in my neighborhood, as well as out in the country.

he was probably just foraging for food, but do be careful of any wild animal that you may come upon during the day time. Nocturnal animals that are active during the day could be a sign of rabies.

but i believe foxes may be diurnal.

origanally i belive foxes came form england. but some how they came to america. well for seeing one in your town im not sure. i dont think that it is leagal to own a fox. so it probably came from the mountains or from the wild. i belive that foxes have dens.

foxes can make a home outta anything! they can also scavange so you prolly caught it off gaurd . did it look sick cuz if it were it could trail off carelessly.
