Its for my health project, i need to know what healthy lifestyle includes

Generically speaking, "proper nutrition and exercise"
Specifically in terms of nutrition:
eat smaller meals over the course of the day rather than three big ones, make sure to be getting a few servings of fruits and veggies every day (by my own experience, I never end up being able to follow the "food pyramid") and try to aim to eat approx 1/3rd-1/2 as many grams of protein as your weight in pounds
Speaking of exercise:
if you're not trying to gain muscle or anything, and just stay relatively stable and healthy, just focus on doing around 20-30 minutes of high intensity cardio (running, swimming, gym equipment, whatever you like) 3-4 times a week. Eating more, and smaller, meals each day in combination with consistent cardiovascular exercise will help boost your metabolism.
