I am writing a short story and need a gory death...any ideas?

I am writing a short story and I want a gory death for my first death. I need ideas.

Here is the environment: (Don't ask why these people are here...im not giving the whole story)

There is about 50 people in a small jail cell and are about to be put into a really horrible place. One girl is screaming that she needs to say goodbye to her family and my main character (from his point of view the story is told) is telling her to be quite. She doesn't and a security guard comes over and starts fighting verbally with the girl to tell her to stop screaming.

When she doesn't....he is going to kill her. The girl is in the cell on one side of the bars and the guard is on the other.

I was thinking of killing her somehow with the bars...but really really violently. Got any ideas?

(The story does not take place in America so it can be as "against the law" as possible).

I want it to leave an impact on the main character.

Well, it all depends on how quick you want the death as well. If you want it quick, use a gun, and a bullet to the head, which will most likely splatter against the back wall.

If you want it more drawn out, more torturesome, there are other ways. The guards could have long pikes which they would jab into the cell to either quickly or slowly stab her. If she is chained up, all the easier.

Another way is to have her be dragged (via chain?) to the cell's bars of which many more things could happen to her, including cutting her throat or beating her until death.

It all depends on the technology as well. You can resort to the simple things, such as a sword, dagger, or club, or high tech, such as a ray gun. It depends on how much emotion and how much of an impact you want this to be on the other characters. If it is high impact, I would recommend dragging it out into slow torture, because the character will remember the girl's screams and could probably feel his body shuddering as it imagined the pain she was going through. If you want it to be sudden, choose a quick method that will stun your main character, a lasting impression. Either or, use some imagination, and don't be afraid to think wildly and evilly.

I imagined the guard grabbing her by the hear and slamming her face into the bars with all his might a few times. If the bars are wide-spaced enough for her head to fit through, the guard could pull her head through, then violently jerk it left or right for a fatal neck injury.

The guard tells the rest of the prisoners to kill the noisy girl or they'll all be killed. This could open he door for some interesting character developments.

The guard grabs her by the hair and jerks her back against the bars...then uses his nightstick as a chokebar. The prisoners see her eyes throughout, the sick realization that she is powerless to stop this...he's too strong and she's trapped...

The girl holds on to the bars with white knuckles and says do what ever you want to me...but I ain't going to that place.
So the guard looks her in the eye and without taking his eyes off her... takes out his knife and runs it over the bars and slashes her fingers off. her palms fall off the bars.
she screams in anguish, but still says I ain't going so he throws open the cell and the others run to the corner...as he slashes her chest and her heart is steal beating in her chest...the others see it beating and gasp. He then cuts out one of her eyes and throws it to the others...because he wanted her to see his face as he slit her throat.

This may not be the most thought-out but it usually works quite well. Police Brutality: she can be beaten to death with a nightclub.

Think of a murder that uses tools, means that is unusual. or electricution schemed bythe guard. etc, to have your storu originality.
