how do you remove a trojan peacomm cuz i just found it on the out break alert on my norton interent security program how do i remove this? please help me .

I had this virus last week.... it sucks. I got it from a Dora The Explorer game on Limewire. I asked the computer genius at my company- he told me to download Spybot. I also have Norton Security, the whole shebang. Didn't save me... so I downloaded Spybot as well. It found it and I deleted it. Look up spybot on the web for a free and reliable download. This virus sucks and it got into my system files... it copies itself in the registry and your system restore backs it up. My computer was completely fixed after Spybot. Oh yeah... your computer might all of the sudden not shut down unless you manually power it off... this stops when u wipe out the virus.

peacomm seem to spread widely these days. however it installs only a few files and you can simply remove it:

antivirus shouldn't find it as it's not a virus.

go to google and look for spybot search and destroy, it is a very good spyware scanner and even better it is free, download it and make sure you update it first before you scan for it
