Although you can do this physically with a modified cassette tape, nowadays it would be a lot easier to do it electronically.
Take a look at this website:

It describes how to get an analogue sound into your PC, you can then edit this sound and cut/paste into the sections of sound as much as you want within the software. You can then layer other sounds on top until you have created your required sound.
