Yeah, I think so. The next time he hands out a test, put it in your backpack and raise your hand again & tell him he didn't give you one, so you can have proof that he does do this. I think you need to report this to your parents and they should meet with the principle, advise them to hide a camera in the classroom somewhere.

i don't know but this used to happen to me and my school didn't make a big deal they told me to wear sweaters to school
but it was spring time!!!!!!!
