hell yeah legalize the stuff those stats are ridiculous. I smoked for the last 20 years my kids came out fine. Then we could put the illegal immigrants in there prior to deportation. And look I know how to spell and I have good job but have to keep my ready clean readily available and I never go to work high.

I have a better solution
when we get over crowding, we send anyone who has murdered someone drifting off into space
this applies to pedophiles, but not those BS cases when the guy was 19 and the girl was 16 or something stupid like that

"wonder what they would do with all the open jail space if it were legalized?"
Convert them into tax funded rehab centers for recovering addicts and counseling sessions for families torn apart or abused by drug addicted spouses.
Get a clue - the vast majority of convicts in prison have prior convictions and repeat offenses.

They would be forced to fill it with actual criminals like rapists, murderers and molestors. No sense in taking up space in jails with pot heads while the REAL scum is running the streets

i think it should be legal, and with the free space im sure they would begin throwing innocent people in jail by using fake evidents.
