Hmmm.....if I was the enemy would I be more emboldened by a man that promises to continue on until I was eliminated or politicians claiming that the US can't beat me, and that it was a mistake to even try. Boy that's a tricky question.

For god sake, what war plan? A bullfrog jumping around on a lily pad looking for bugs to eat has got more of a war plan than Monkey boy Bush. The damn fool has truly substantiated the the oxymoron "military intelligence". lmfao
Speaking of moron reminds me of the bumper sticker i saw "My child is an honor student, my president is a moron"
But seriously, to answer the question, I'd have to say its the old adage, "which came first the chicken or the egg".
Certainly its Bush with his continual flip/flopping from one failed plan to another, I mean by now the terrorists gotta be thinking he's the proverbial deer in the headlights.
And with the critics voicing there concerns and angst with his failed attempts at domestic and military leadership, hell they're gettin a two for one clearance sale at the jihad Walmart

yeah, fighting the terrorists all the time really makes the enemy's day. I would have to say his critics, you can halfass a war to be politically correct, and that is what several of the critics want.

Bush's policies do, however, his policies have little bearing on whether Alqaeda is going to continue coming after us or not...They are, and we'll see that continue regardless of who becomes president.
Bush just happens to be the fool caught in the middle at the moment.

His critics. Actually, the cowardly liberals that want to do exactly what the enemy said we would do, give up and not fight.

The war plan.
Critics will be critics. Critics don't say what goes down on the ground. The insurgency doesn't fight based on what the critics say or don't say. The insurgency and Al-Qaeda will fight just as hard without critics. But if the war plan was good, they wouldn't be fighting as good.

Regardless on your enemies opinion...All good decision should be rooted in the truth and reality. Bush seems to be oblivious thinking that he knows what good for the Iraqis. He has forgotten a solid principle...that FREEDOM is NOT a gift that is giving to you, you have to earn it or take it for yourself. So, if the Iraqis wanted to get rid of Saddam they should have done it their damn self. So, I say screw what our enemies think and live in reality...if Iraqis want to live in a Anarchy State...I say See ya, wouldn't want to be ya.

Attacking Iraq for no reason and occupying their country. No one in that region is happy about that. It also gives terrorists ammunition in their recruiting process.
