Whats The Difference Between Crew And Staff?

In terms of employees, nothing really. But crew sounds like a team working together, while staff just sounds like a bunch of employees.

Staff are usually department heads that crews work for. Hence the term "staff meeting".

If you are surrounded by water, then you have a CREW.

If not, then you have a STAFF.
