will i be able to get the car back?
the carbon documentation is really crappy and vague

All i know is tha tif you get 3 strikes you get your car impounded. im not sure if you can get it back, you may have to pay for it, or buy a new car. Havent gotten 3 strikes yet.

oh, all you have to do to get those off is go to your garage and there's an option when selecting cars that says to take the heat off of your car. Just click on that and you can take those x's down but it costs money. All the x's do is make it harder to evade police. The more you run from the police, the more your heat goes up.
