I think that it might be partly about the origins of the kid and pregnancy, I think that she might be carrying some kind of weird Kryptonian kid, and she doesn't know it. But they haven't quite revealed that one yet, but I have a feeling that some huge unreal sh*t is about to go down when that kid pops up, and it's gonna mean something bad for Clark, and run a rift between Chloe,and Clark, Lex, Lionel and Jor-El.
