You might want to consider rubbing some Rogaine in your crotch or getting a hair piece....... whatever you do, don't try a comb over, you'll look like Donald Trump.

You can't be 20 and no one, including your doctor, has noticed that you do not have hair. Doctor can jumpstart it. No brothers? It will come no matter but get it checked out for your wellbeing.
