Yes, we think it's gross, but we totally understand. If you sweat a lot then use a toner, it's for skin male and female. Clean your face twice a day, and your problem should diminish. Good luck!

To me I don't mind at all. We all have had zits from time to time, it's gonna happen. Women who only care about that isn't worth your time!!! To help with your zits make sure you are showering after you exercise. You can even try over the counter meds and scrubs to help clear them over you can see your doctor who can also prescribed medication for you. An alternative method that works for some people is honey and sugar. Pop all the zits with whiteheads then cover with honey and then apply sugar but don't RUB the sugar in , just let in sit there. And then wait 20 minutes and then rinse off in the shower. Do this daily.

I don't mind a guy with some pimples, as long as his face isn't greasy. However, if it bothers you, try washing your face after running with a cleanser that has 2% salicylic acid. Also, an alchol-free toner afterwards will help without over-drying your skin.

My brother (16 years old) is a runner and a football player, and he uses Proactive. He's always had problem skin (acne and back-ne), and that cleared him up.

A few probably won't matter. However when I was a teenager mine got to be very itchy. My family doctor put me on tetracycline, which most people can easily tolerate. At the time it was under $10 a month and did an excellent job for many years.

Well we all have zits every so often. But girls use cleansers and tons of products in order to get rid of acne. Maybe try washing your face well after everyone one of your jogs. It should probably help any acne you have.

I do mind. Girls can cover up zits with make-ups but boys can't...so it's kind of gross.

Nah, what really amtters is your personality, maybe that could be part of the first impression but if they like your personality and the way you treat them they won't mind at all, try not to focus on what makes you feel insecure. Good luck.

as long as a guy doesnt have a greasy face (which would mean he had pimples from not washing) then no most wouldnt find it gross. maybe to help everytime you run and before you go to bed use oxy pads.
