can any1 tell me how to shrink a carhartt hoodie?? is it possible

Try washing it in hot water. Most Carhartt sweatshirt/hoodies are made with a 50/50 blend, which means if it shrinks it may be barely noticeable.
Instead of trying to shrink it, why not take it to your local dry cleaners or tailors and have them adjust the size to fit you as you like. Or if you sew or someone you know is good with a sewing machine perhaps your or they can adjust the seams.

My boys wear carhart jeans and coats and I have never noticed any shrinkage whatsoever even after 100 washings and dryings, so I think the way they are manufactured prevents any shrinkage after they hit the shelves.

Good luck, there is a reason farmers wear those things. They are near indestructible.
