Well, let's see the statistics of each superhero.
Spiderman has powers of web spinning, web shooting, vibrant costume, he'd win in a cage match, and his wife-to-be is HOT.
Batman is a poser but he does have the knowledge to wield weapons, conceal his identity really well, he has a car, and he's a player.
Spiderman has beaten a human in a cage match, so for sure he could beat Batman.
If Batman was in the dark around the city of Gotham or New York, Spidey has his spidey-senses so he can sniff him out.
Tough decision... but I'm gonna go with draw for now. I'll think of something later that will change my mind.
