How do you know that they suck? Have you heard anything that hasn't been played on the radio? Have you ever seen them live? I belive that you are following the Fall Out Boy sucks trend to be cool. Just remember, there isn't bad music, just music that you may not like.

It sucks because their music is watered down, they are in it for the fame and money, and they basically killed the emo culture.
Not many people know it, but "emo" came out in the 80's, and it was relatively happy music. Now when you listen to real "emo" (like modest mouse) you can only think about how much Fall Out Boy ruined the music scene.
And I hate the bass player. No talent at all.

its not their music..their music is actually pretty good...its their image that sucks so bad. example: the bass player gets all the attention.

I wouldn't say that they suck, I would say that they are a generic and unremarkable pop band who can make catch - but ultimately shallow - songs.

Their new album is coming out on Feb. 6...it's called Infinity on High...its supposed to be fantastic. I'm not a 'huge' FOB fan but my friend would die for them.
